This qualitative case study explores the experiences of African American women participating in a culturally specific group therapy program through an Afrocentric sexual assault agency. Findings highlight the importance of culturally grounded, community-based interventions in supporting healing and recovery. The study contributes critical insights to both research and practice by centering the voices of Black survivors and affirming the value of culturally specific approaches to trauma care.
